Working with two young managers from our Regulatory Affairs department, I was asked to create the first online Internal Training Program to train internal employees (flown in for training previously). Because the course was built in the college's LMS for student courses, I designed new navigation, custom header graphics, course layouts and quiz/exam formats to address numerous FAFSA topics. First year savings on travel, hotels, meals and transportation for employee training budget exceeded $1.5 million.
